On the palate, this great cider is tangy with notes of caramel and vanilla.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e Johanna, daughter of a Breton farmer, and Louis, son of an Ardèche winegrower, have been farming eight hectares in Sévignac since 2011, where apple and pear trees flourish on deep clay-silt soil.\u003cbr\u003e The orchards are maintained without pesticides or insecticides in order to preserve the environment. The fruits are harvested by hand.
