Chef Baptiste Renouard has surrounded himself with a solid team: Théotime, who works on subtle food and wine pairings and doesn’t hesitate to enhance the value of pretty perry ciders unearthed during his escapades in Brittany. The service in room is ensured by Géry passed in very pretty houses: French Coffee, The Germain, The Matignon, The Marly…
