Didier and Olivia Le Calvez have been making their own wine since 2010 in one of the most illustrious regions of France, classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO: the Saint-Emilion region.
The great Bordeaux wines of Château Clarisse will be matched and revealed by the poetic cuisine of Baptiste Renouard in a spirit of simplicity and mutual respect for each other's work.
7 wines & 7 dishes: an evening placed under the sign of the discovery of sumptuous wines worked in the respect of the ground and the vine. An evening where the starred chef will reveal the "good sense" and the accuracy of his culinary creations that preserve the identity and the talent of small producers.
Participants will have the opportunity to purchase Château Clarisse wines directly from the winemaker Didier Le Calvez.
Price of the Dinner per person : 7 Wines / 7 Dishes / coffee / water : 250 €.
