Perhaps one of the regrets of the 2022 edition was that while the local chefs were excellent, the event lacked the presence of a big name.
In previous years, we had Babette de Rozières and Grégory Cuilleron. For this edition's masterclasses, we decided to invite a promising chef—Baptiste Renouard, explains Samuel Coquin, the driving force behind Coulommiers Aime Son Brie.
Seen on Top Chef in 2019, Baptiste Renouard, a native of Fontainebleau, was mentored by Jean-François Piège during the competition, further proving his potential. His career includes experience in renowned establishments under legendary chefs such as Joël Robuchon and Yannick Alléno.
