Chef Baptiste Renouard
At 32 years old, Baptiste Renouard has already spent 15 years in the kitchen. A food lover by nature and deeply influenced by family meals, he developed a passion for cooking and ingredients from an early age, sharpening his palate from a young age.
At just 14, he joined the prestigious Ferrandi school and began his apprenticeship under the multi-Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon at *L'Atelier*. He quickly progressed and spent five years there, shaping his career, honing his technique, and refining his creative sensitivity.
He then continued to learn from some of the greatest chefs, further exploring the excellence of French gastronomy. He trained in the prestigious kitchens of *Lasserre* alongside Jean-Louis Nomicos, at *Le Meurice* with Yannick Alléno, and also worked with Frédéric Simonin and at *Laurent* under Alain Pégouret.
