A passionate admirer of art and fine materials, the Chef has carefully preserved the charm of the old while incorporating modern touches. Causse stone walls, exposed wooden beams, Italian granite tables, and Jaune de Chrome tableware—every detail highlights raw, natural materials.
Two intimate dining rooms can accommodate up to 32 guests. The upstairs room can be privatized (20/25 people) for family celebrations, dinners with friends, or business meals. During the summer season, enjoy the beautiful sunlit terrace, nestled on a charming cobblestone street in the historic center of Rueil-Malmaison.

Chef Baptiste Renouard has built a strong team, including Maxime and Nicolas, respectively Sous-Chef and Pastry Chef, his longtime friends, and Théotime, his Head Sommelier, who form the Chef's close brigade.
