Antoon Jeantet-Laurent, winemaker, and Baptiste Renouard, chef, will present bespoke pairings of Haute Couture wines and dishes. Antoon and Baptiste are both passionate, genuine, and highly talented entrepreneurs. Antoon uniquely highlights the terroir in each of his exceptional wines, while Baptiste, a Michelin-starred chef, conveys memories and emotions in each of his dishes. Both have remarkable careers. For this special dinner, Baptiste—assisted by his head sommelier Théotime Dordain—will pair 7 of Antoon’s wines with 7 of his own courses. Guests will have the pleasure of dining alongside Antoon, who will share his winemaking stories, while Baptiste and Théotime discuss their pairing choices.
