We’ll have to wait a bit longer before trying Ochre in person—Baptiste Renouard’s newly Michelin-starred establishment for 2021, opened two years ago in historic Rueil. But the cuisine of this former Top Chef contestant—where evident technical mastery and carefully sourced ingredients come together for flavors that are both bold and subtle—certainly makes you want to book a table.
