Baptiste Renouard, the Rising Young Chef

He trained under Joël Robuchon, Yannick Alléno, and Jean-Louis Nomicos. However, his passion for entrepreneurship and his highly contemporary vision of gastronomy quickly led him to open his own restaurant in Rueil-Malmaison: Ochre.

He earned his Michelin star at just 29 years old in 2021, only a year after his highly acclaimed appearance on Top Chef, which propelled the restaurant to new heights.
