On Friday, November 4, Baptiste Renouard will have the honor of participating in an extraordinary four-hands dinner alongside Spanish Chef Diego Galliegos at the Sollo restaurant in Málaga, Spain. The two Michelin-starred chefs will join forces to elevate the finest of the Spanish terroir, represented by the family-owned OSBORNE company, celebrating its 250th anniversary this year. Baptiste Renouard will specifically showcase RIOFRIO Caviar—the world’s only certified organic caviar—and the renowned CINCO JOTAS Iberian pork through two of his own very personal creations. A return four-hands dinner is planned at OCHRE in Rueil-Malmaison at the beginning of 2023.
