Two years after launching his restaurant Ochre in 2019, 32-year-old Chef Baptiste Renouard earned a Michelin star. However, when he and his wife Morgane dine at other chefs’ establishments, they are often disappointed by the vegetarian options on offer. So much so that they decided to create a new concept, in addition to their classic menus, which they have named Havane.
