Yule Logs 2023: The Editorial Team’s Selection
Souvenir of a Hot Chocolate is the signature dessert of Baptiste Renouard, inspired by the breakfast he used to enjoy as a child. Together with his pastry chef, Nicolas Innocenti, they have created their Christmas yule log in the image of this dessert. Composed of a hot chocolate siphon with semi-salted butter, it is topped with a cocoa tuile and homemade brioche ice cream, hiding a small brioche prepared in a French toast tyle.
